We know that many developers coming from overseas do not have a "nexus" (official registered business) in the USA, let alone 'insert state here' that your conference is located. ConferenceMerch.com is set up in just about every major state of the major gaming conferences in the US. We can handle all of your sales tax remittance to the state so that you don't have to worry about it.
When you work with us, we'll provide the point of sale system for all of your merchandise. We'll add all of your products (ours or outsourced) to a ConferenceMerch.com merchant account. Funds will be deposited into our account and your booth staff will act as sales associate for our company. All funds, once the show has ended, will be wire transferred to you once a full report has been completed in the days after the show.
ConferenceMerch.com will deduct any fees related to transferring of funds, reporting, or tax submission to each state.
